The results of many studies show that listening has long been considered as a passive skill in language learning has caused traditional methods of listening instruction lead learners to passive input recipients, while learners need to be taught how to control and enhance their listening performance. Metacognitive intelligence strategies enable learners to plan, monitor, solve, and evaluate, and make them more active listeners. For this purpose, a training class (26 people) of students of the auditory secondary level (secondary) of the Shahed and Taalom educational complex in an educational center was selected by available sampling and after eliminating the extras, by employing a quasi-experimental pre-test method, intervention - post-test, learners' performance in parallel auditory tests, before and after the educational intervention, was evaluated by SPSS software and paired t-test. The results indicate that learners with increasing awareness of metacognitive intelligence, in the post-test stage in auditory skills have had educational development and self-regulation increased their motivation and success in learning. In the light of these findings, concepts and suggestions for further studies were provided.
