This variable provides a precise foundation for the correct articulation of words and sentences, thereby playing a fundamental role in empowering learners to communicate effectively. Play, as a unique educational tool, offers authentic conversational contexts and diverse linguistic styles, making it a powerful medium for strengthening this variable.This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of virtual drama instruction in enhancing the phonetic variable, using Tawfiq al-Hakim's play Her Majesty as a case study. The research employs a mixed-method approach, combining descriptive-analytical methods for theoretical explanation and quasi-experimental methods for teaching, testing, and evaluation. The statistical population consists of fifth-semester undergraduate students of Arabic language at public universities in Iran, particularly the University of Tehran, divided into control and experimental groups. Data for the research, collected during the 2021–2022 academic year, were analyzed using SPSS software through statistical methods, including descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Levene, and covariance tests). Findings indicate that teaching drama significantly improves the phonetic variable among students, demonstrating a positive impact of this educational method on enhancing pronunciation accuracy and articulation quality in language learners. متغیر آوایی، شامل جنبه‌های مختلف تولید صدا همچون مخارج حروف، نطق صحیح، شیوه ادای واج‌ها و هماهنگی در تلفظ، از عوامل کلیدی در ارتقای مهارت مکالمه زبان‌آموزان غیرعرب‌زبان محسوب می‌شود. این متغیر، با فراهم‌سازی زیربنای دقیق برای ادای صحیح واژگان و جملات، نقشی بنیادین در توانمندسازی زبان‌آموزان در برقراری ارتباط مؤثر ایفا می‌کند. نمایشنامه به‌عنوان یک ابزار آموزشی منحصربه‌فرد، با ارائه بافت‌های گفتاری واقعی و تنوع در سبک‌های زبانی، ظرفیت بالایی در تقویت این متغیر دارد. پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی اثرگذاری آموزش مجازی نمایشنامه در تقویت متغیر آوایی، نمایشنامه صاحبه الجلاله اثر توفیق‌الحکیم را به‌عنوان نمونه مطالعاتی انتخاب کرده است. روش تحقیق ترکیبی از توصیفی-تحلیلی برای تبیین مبانی نظری و شبه‌تجربی برای تدریس، آزمون و ارزیابی بوده است. جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان ترم پنجم کارشناسی زبان عربی دانشگاه‌های دولتی ایران، به‌ویژه دانشگاه تهران است که در قالب دو گروه کنترل و آزمایش بررسی شده‌اند. داده‌های تحقیق، گردآوری‌شده در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۰-۱۴۰۱، با بهره‌گیری از روش‌های آماری نرم‌افزار SPSS، شامل آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و آمار استنباطی (آزمون‌های کولموگروف-اسمیرنوف، لوین و کوواریانس)، تحلیل شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد تدریس نمایشنامه منجر به بهبود معنادار متغیر آوایی دانشجویان شده است و این روش آموزشی، تأثیر مثبتی بر ارتقای کیفیت نطق و مخارج حروف زبان‌آموزان دارد.
