Studies show that these letters play a key role in identification of syntactic structure and understanding the meaning of context being called the semiotic function of passive letters. Although sometimes in syntax they are called Maani –Al- horouf (the meanings of letters) however, an organized review of their semiotic functions in order to understand their syntactic structure and accurate meaning of their context has not been studied yet. <br>In the view of RaziAstarabadi‚ semiotic and structural aspects of afore mentioned letters, are considered as a part of their syntactic function. According to the importance and extension of the presence of these letters in Arabic language‚ and by applying RaziAstarabadi’s views‚ this study tried to indicate their semiotic function in understanding the syntactic structure and answer the question of research based on a semiotic perspective, what is the most obvious sign of semiotic function of these letters in understanding the syntactic structure and context perception? To answer the questions with descriptive-analytic method, we investigated the different contexts and applied this view in analysis. The results showed that: passive letters play a key role in identification of the syntactic structure and showed a certain relationship between cause and effect in two parts of form and content and accordingly its major semiotic function can be found in distinguishing and diagnosis of grammatical arrangement of words and sentences. «حروف غیرعامل» حروفی هستند که تاثیر اعرابی ندارد؛ به همین علّت در آموزش نحو نادیده گرفته شده­اند؛ بررسی­ها نشان می­دهد این حروف نقشی کلیدی، در شناخت ساخت نحوی و درک معنای متن دارند که می­توان آن را «کارکرد نشانه­شناختی- معنایی حروف غیرعامل» نامید. اگرچه نحوی­ها گاهی با عنوان «معانی الحروف» به آنها پرداخته­اند؛ اما بررسی سازمان یافته­ای از کارکرد نشانه ­ای آن­ها، به منظور درک ساخت نحوی وفهم دقیق معنای متن، انجام نشده است.<br> از نظر رضی استرآبادی، جنبه نشانه­ای- معنایی و ساختاری حروف یاد شده، جزء عمل نحوی آن­ها به ­شمار می­رود. این مقاله بر آن است که با توجه به اهمیت و گستردگی حضور این حروف در زبان عربی، با بهره­مندی از نظر رضی استرآبادی، کارکرد نشانه­ای آن­ها را در فهم ساخت نحوی نشان دهد و به این پرسش پاسخ دهد که بر اساس دیدگاه نشانه­شناسی، بارزترین کارکرد نشانه­ای این حروف، در درک ساخت نحوی و فهم متن چیست !؟ برای پاسخ به این پرسش با روش توصیفی– تحلیلی به بررسی متون مختلف و تجزیه و تحلیل دیدگاه این نحوی برجسته، پرداختیم که نتایج نشان می­دهد: حروف غیر عامل در شناخت ساخت نحوی نقش درخوری دارد وبیانگر نوعی ارتباط بین دال ومدلول در دو بخش صورت ومحتوا است وبر این اساس، مهم­ترین کارکرد نشانه­ای آن را می­توان در تمییز وتشخیص جایگاه دستوری کلمات و جملات دانست . https://lrr.modares.ac.ir/article_6577_b613e70fd9f59310cf0a8d33de3f2800.pdf
