Now, given the presence of all mobile phones and laptops, questions arise, to what extent are electronic opportunities included in the educational content of the Russian language in Iran? Аanswering this question, as well as analyzing questionnaires with eleven main questions regarding the inclusion of new technologies, cultural topics, playing with proverbs and other issues raised in the teaching content of the reading lesson, as well as questions about whether such materials are included in the reading textbook or not, we came to the conclusion that there is an acute lack of new technologies and other things in the educational content of reading. Therefore, the authors of this study propose new ideas in the educational content of reading to solve existing problems and improve the educational process of teaching reading in Russian at the undergraduate level. ضرورت پرداختن به مهارت خواندن در آموزش زبان از آن جهت حائز اهمیت است که با سه مهارت دیگر(مهارتهای شنیدن، صحبت کردن و نوشتن) در ارتباط بوده و در نهایت بر هدف اصلی آموزش زبان، توانایی ایجاد ارتباط مؤثر تأثیرگذار است. حال با توجه به دسترسی همگانی به تلفن همراه و لپ تاپ، این سؤال‌ها مطرح می‌شود که قابلیت‌های الکترونیکی تا چه اندازه در محتوای آموزشی زبان روسی در ایران جای دارد؟ در پاسخ به این پرسش و با تحلیل پرسش‌نامه‌ای با یازده سؤال اساسی در خصوص گنجاندن فناوری‌های نوین، موضوعات کشورشناسی، بازی با ضرب‌المثل‌ها و دیگر موارد مطرح شده در محتوای آموزشی درس خواندن و نیز پرسش‌هایی درباره‌ی اینکه آیا تا کنون چنین مواردی در کتاب درسی خواندن گنجانده شده است یا خیر؟ به این پاسخ دست یافتیم که جای خالی فناوری‌های نوین و نیز دیگر موارد در محتوای آموزشی "درس خواندن" به شدت احساس می‌شود. از همین رو نگارندگان پژوهش حاضر به منظور مرتفع ساختن چالش‌های موجود و بهبود پروسه‌ی یادگیری آموزش خواندن به زبان روسی در مقطع کارشناسی به طرح ایده‌های جدیدی در محتوای آموزشی درس خواندن می‌پردازند.
