These semantic layers encompass intra-discourse systems and represent their changes and developments. Eric Landowski sought to achieve the missing links of meaning in narrative contexts by designing semantic systems. Contexts that show discourse and narrative actions. According to Landowski's four semantic systems, which are emphasized in this study, namely, the system of "abyss and spinning ", it is possible to decipher the signs in the text and the relationship between these signs and each other and the author's worldview. The present study, based on a descriptive-analytical approach, seeks to achieve subtle and coherent layers of meaning in the novel Symphony of the Dead by Abbas Maroufi. Given the mastery of the author in creating works with the fluid flow of the mind in this study, we aim to show how the subjects are intertwined with the world around them and as they are opening up, their emotions and to some extent their destiny to another spreads. Also, by analyzing the abyss system, we come to the point that the subject cannot shape his own destiny alone, and after he finds himself incapable, he is forced to accept what luck has for him. <br><br>روایت­های داستانی بسیاری از لایه­های معنایی را در خود به­همراه دارند. این لایه­های معنایی نظام­های درون­گفتمانی را دربرگرفته و تغییرات و تحولات آنها را نشان می­دهند. اریک لاندوفسکی با طرح نظام­های معنایی در پی دستیابی به حلقه­های گمشده معنا در بسترهای روایی بود. بسترهایی که کنش­های گفتمانی و روایی را نشان می­دهند. بر اساس چهار نظام معنایی لاندوفسکی که در این تحقیق بر دو نظام یعنی نظام «مکان-ورطه و چرخان» تاکید شده است، می‌توان به رمزگشایی نشانه‌های موجود در متن و ارتباط میان این نشانه‌ها با یکدیگر و جهان­بینی نویسنده پرداخت. پژوهش حاضر بر اساس رویکرد توصیفی-تحلیلی در پی دستیابی به لایه­های ظریف و منسجم معنایی در رمان سمفونی مُردگان نوشته عباس معروفی است. با توجه به چیره‌دست بودن نویسنده در خلق آثاری با شیوه‌ جریان سیال ذهن در این پژوهش بر آن هستیم تا نشان دهیم چگونه سوژه­ها با جهان پیرامون عجین شده­اند و همچنان که در حال گشودگی هستند، احساسات و تا حدی سرنوشت خود را به دیگری سرایت می‌دهند. همچنین با تحلیل نظام مکان-ورطه تا حد بسیاری به این مهم می‌رسیم که سوژه نمی‌تواند به تنهایی شکل دهنده سرنوشت خویش باشد و پس از اینکه خود را ناتوان می‌بیند ناچار به آنچه بخت و اقبال برای او در نظر گرفته است تن می‌دهد.
