چکیده
با اینکه بررسی واحد متن در زبان و چینش متن و به تعبیری نحو متن، به‌ویژه ازجنبه ارتباطی، از اهمیت بسیاری برخوردار است، واحد متن درمقایسه با واحدهای جمله و کوچک‌تر از آن، کمتر بررسی شده است. در این جُستار کوشیدیم با مطالعه یکی از ژانرهای زبانی خاص، این موضوع را بررسی کنیم؛ بنابراین، یادداشت‌های دانش‌آموزان و دانشجویان کرمانشاهی در پایان برگه‌های امتحانی برای کسب نمره بیشتر را که در اینجا «التماس‌نامه» می‌نامیم، به‌طور مقایسه‌ای بررسی کردیم. داده‌های پژوهش شامل یادداشت‌های 25 دانشجوی دانشگاه آزاد واحد کرمانشاه در پایان برگه‌های امتحانی و 25 یادداشت از دانش‌آموزان پسر سال‌های دوم و سوم دبیرستان شهر کرمانشاه در سال 1389 است. التماس‌نامه‌ها را براساس ساختارهای چینش گام‌ها و گامک‌ها بررسی کردیم. هدف از این بررسی، یافتن الگوهای مختلف چینش گام‌ها و گامک‌ها (گام‌های فرعی) طبق دیدگاه بایبر، کارنر و اٌپتون (2007) و ساسانی و یزدانی (1392) است؛ به سخن دیگر، اینکه هر التماس‌نامه دربرگیرنده چه گام‌هایی است و بیشترین و کمترین گام‌ها به چه گروهی تعلق دارند. نتایج نشان می‌دهند این یادداشت‌ها به‌طور کلی شامل چهار گام «تعارف آغازین»، «درخواست»، «دلیل» و «تعارف پایانی» هستند. به‌طور خلاصه، در هردو گروه یادداشت‌های دانش‌آموزان و دانشجویان، حداکثر چینش چهارگامی و حداقل دوگامی دیده می‌شود. با این حال، بسامد کاربرد گام‌ها در هر گروه متفاوت است؛ به‌گونه‌ای که در گروه دانش‌آموزان، گام «درخواست» بیشترین فراوانی و در گروه دانشجویان، گام «تعارف پایانی» کمترین فراوانی را دارد. در بررسی الگوی گام‌ها، چینش چهارگامی گسسته در هردو گروه از بقیه الگوها پرکاربردتر است و چینش دوگامی دربین الگوها کم‌کاربردترین به‌شمار می‌رود.
