بررسی ارتباط بین ابعاد ویژگی شخصیتی با مهارت نوشتاری ( دقت و روایی) زبان‌آموزان سطح متوسط با میانجیگری انگیزش

چکیده
با توجه به اهمیت مهارت نوشتاری در تسلط بر زبان انگلیسی و در نظر گرفتن مهارت نوشتاری به­عنوان چالش­برانگیزترین مهارت یادگیریِ زبان، تحقیق حاضر به بررسی روابط بین ویژگی‌های شخصیتی با انگیزش و مهارت نوشتاری در زبان­آموزان می‌پردازد. هدف اصلی این مطالعه، بررسی برازش مناسب مدل روابط بین مؤلفه‌های ویژگی شخصیتی و مهارت نوشتاری زبان­آموزان با میانجگری انگیزش است. بدین منظور، 120 زبان­آموز از بین جامعۀ آماری در سطح متوسط، در رشته‌های آموزش، ادبیات و مترجمی انگلیسی در این تحقیق انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق پرسش­نامۀ 5 ویژگی بزرگ شخصیتی جان وسریواستاوا(1999) ، آزمون نگرش/ انگیزش گاردنر (2004) و آزمون زمان­بندی شدۀ نوشتاری به­دست آمد. نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان داد، بین ابعاد ویژگی‌های شخصیتی با انگیزش و مهارت نوشتاری زبان­آموزان رابطه وجود دارد و مؤلفه‌های برون­گرایی، وجدان و توافق­پذیری به­طور غیر­مستقیم تأثیر مثبت و معنی­داری بر مهارت نوشتاری زبان­آمو زان دارند و مؤلفۀ روان­رنجوری نیز به­طور غیر­مستقیم تأثیر منفی و معنی­داری بر مهارت نوشتاری زبان­آموزان دارد. همچنین، مشخص شد انگیزش زبان­آموزان روابط بین ویژگی‌های شخصیتی با مهارت نوشتاری آنان را به­طور نسبی میانجیگری می‌کند. در نهایت، نتایج این مطالعه می‌تواند چشمانداز بسیار روشنی برای برنامهریزان و مربیان دورههای آموزشیِ مهارتهای نگارش در توجه بیشتر به متغیرهای نگرشی و غیر­شناختی، مانند صفات شخصیتی و انگیزش زبان­آموزان در کلاس­های آموزش زبان انگلیسی داشته باشد.
