شناسایی چالش ها و استلزام‌های آموزش زبان انگلیسی در نظام برنامه درسی آموزش و پرورش جمهوری اسلامی ایران

چکیده
هدف پژوهش، شناسایی چالش‌ها و استلزام­ های آموزش زبان انگلیسی در نظام برنامه درسی رسمی آموزش ‌و پرورش ایران بود. سؤالات پژوهش معطوف به آموزش زبان انگلیسی در اسناد بالادستی، وضع موجود آموزش زبان انگلیسی، چالش‌های فراروی یادگیری و استلزام­ های آموزش زبان انگلیسی در مدارس بود. قلمروی مطالعه شهر سرایان در سال تحصیلی 1402- 1401 بود. برای انجام پژوهش از تحلیل سند، پیمایش، پدیدارشناسی، مطالعه تطبیقی و گروه بحث متمرکز استفاده شد. برای بررسی تجارب متخصصان موضوعی و دبیران زبان انگلیسی و دانش­ آموزان از مصاحبه و برای بهره ­گیری از تجارب دیگر کشورها، فرایند آموزش در چهار کشور که به‌صورت هدفمند و بر اساس نظر متخصصان موضوعی و با ابتناء به دو معیار پیشرفت در آموزش زبان انگلیسی و مشابهت فرهنگی انتخاب‌شده بودند؛ به‌صورت تطبیقی مطالعه شد. ناکارآمدی در تدریس، شیوه سازمان­دهی محتوایی، انگیزه ناکافی و فضای نامناسب یادگیری از مهم­ترین چالش­ ها و تغییر روش تدریس، افزایش زمان آموزش، یاددهی از سنین پایین‌تر، بازآموزی دبیران، بازنگری فنون سنجش، بازطراحی فضای فیزیکی و بازنگری در محتوا ازجمله استلزام ­های تعیین‌شده برای آموزش اثربخش زبان انگلیسی در برنامه درسی رسمی بودند.
